End-User Computing Policy
- Go to the Parish Information Technology website.
- Click Forms & Documents.
- Click Download the EUP and read the Diocesan computing policy.
- Click EUP Signature Page.
- Sign the policy (you are the end-user) and date it.
- Print your name.
- Enter your Office/Location Name (St. Joseph Parish or St. Joseph School).
- Enter your Location City (York).
- If you are an employee, check the Employee option. If you are a volunteer, check the Volunteer option. If you are a Contractor/Vendor/Consultant, check the Contractor/Vendor/Consultant option.
