I'm Thinking of Becoming Catholic

Christ instituted the Catholic Church when He said that "thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give to thee the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven" (Matthew 16: 18-19). Are you interested in learning more about our Catholic Faith? Are you intrigued by our Church's universal mission? If so, then we invite you to learn more about us! Below are some useful links for you to explore on your quest of discovery concerning our Faith.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a journey of faith. It is the process through which adults who desire to join the Catholic Church become members. Through this process, adults and children who are ages seven or eight can become fully-intiated members of the Roman Catholic Church. This process is for someone who has never been baptized in another Faith tradition, or someone who has been baptized Catholic but has not received the Sacraments of Confirmation and first Holy Communion. Click here to visit the RCIA website.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Children

Children under the age of 7 and have not yet begun preparation for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion or have not yet been baptized can receive their faith formation through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Children. Click here to read more.
