According to Mrs. Erb, having the opportunity to follow a ministry of
living and sharing the Catholic faith with the children she teaches is a true blessing.
It is both an honor and pleasure for her to teach in her former elementary school.
She attended St. Joseph School for first through eighth grade. She received
her bachelors degree in elementary education and Reading Specialist Certification from
Millersville University. Prior to teaching at St. Joseph's Mrs. Erb taught first
grade for four years in Lancaster City School district, and pre-first for two years in
Hempfield School District. She was the Instructional Support teacher for
k-6. Presently, she is the second grade teacher.
Mrs. Erb lives in York with her husband and four children. When
she is not teaching she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking and
listening to music. Her goal is to become a published author for children's books.
