II. TUITION INFORMATION AND POLICY
A. REGISTRATION FEE (Non-refundable) and Tuition 1. $30 per child, $60 per family. 2. SMART: St. Joseph utilizes the SMART Tuition Management Program to aid in the collection of tuition. The fee is: $38. per family
2. Tuition for 2006-07 (per child) Kindergarten - Grade 6: $2,600.
Tuition for Pre-School 3 - $1550, Pre-School 4 AM - $1780, Pre-SChool 4 PM - $1930. Non-Catholic - $3840.
3. AFTER HOURS PROGRAM $ 45.00 weekly, M-F, 3:00pm - 6:00pm.B. PAYMENT PLAN
Yearly - one payment due by July 15, 2006 Bi-Annual - 2 payments August - January Monthly - 10 payments August - May C. POLICY FOR DELINQUENT TUITION PAYMENT Parents who have not paid the tuition, according to their payment plan, on or before the due date, will receive a letter from SMART, listing delinquent amounts and a late fee. NON-RESPONSE to this communication will warrant a meeting with the Principal or Pastor to review reasons for delinquency. Late fees must be paid, as well as outstanding tuition, for a student to be in good standing.
If a family does not fulfill its tuition responsibilities, term grade reports will be withheld. Transfer reports will not be mailed until tuition is paid in full.
