VOLUNTEERS: Please note the following dates:

Monday, February 4 and

Thursday, February 7, 6:00 pm each night

Committee will meet in the computer lab to discuss t-shirt design and color, and enter sponsor information into the database. No previous experience necessary, and many hands are needed!

Tuesday, February 5th: Ice Cream Sundae Party, 1:00 pm.

For all students whose classes turned in all of their sponsor sheets on time. Volunteers needed to help serve ice cream and clean up.

Monday, February 25th, 9:00 am and 6:30 pm

Volunteers will meet to prepare letters for mailing. Again, many volunteers needed!

If you are able to volunteer in the classroom to help the students write to their sponsors, please send an email to race@sjy.org (Help is needed February 11^th – 22^nd,

Exact dates and times to be determined by each teacher.)

Funds recording will begin in mid-March, on Thursday evenings and Friday mornings. Details to follow.

Race Day: April 11, 2008

We need “all hands on deck” to help Race Day
go smoothly. Please plan to arrive early to help with
setup and pick up your t-shirt.
