Our Mission
The objectives of the council are to bring teachers and parents into closer contact, to encourage the efforts of the teachers, to improve the surroundings of the children, and to arouse the interest of the community in the welfare of the school.

PTC Liaisons
The PTC liaisons have graciously volunteered their time to attend PTC meetings. They will receive copies of the meeting minutes (also available on-line for anyone to view), and share any important information with the rest of the parents, in the event that those parents are unable to attend the meetings (EVERYONE is invited, and encouraged, to attend all PTC meetings). They have also volunteered to organize the classroom baskets for the Christmas Basket Raffle. They will also help to organize volunteers from their respective classrooms when those classes are coordinating volunteer events. We thank them for their time and efforts!!!

SNOW INFO; Any school cancellation or delay due to inclement weather will be announced on WSBA-910 AM radio and WGAL TV Channel 8. The name St. Joseph School – York will be used.

NOTICE – PLEASE READ!!!!
***WE ARE IN NEED OF ADDITIONAL PARENT VOLUNTEERS DURING LUNCH AND RECESS***
As many of you are aware, there is a growing need to have additional supervision on the playground during recess. There are several grades outside at one time, and we would like to have more parent volunteers outside to supervise the children. Any amount of time you can offer would be GREATLY appreciated!!! It is a great way to see your child/ren during the day. You are welcome to bring younger children. Please consider this opportunity to volunteer! We really need and appreciate your help!! If you can help, please contact any of the PTC members for additional information. THANK YOU!
