Parents who have not paid tuition, according to their payment plan, on or before due dates, will receive notice from the tuition collection company, Fast Automatic Cash Transfer System (FACTS), listing delinquent amounts and a late fee. NON-RESPONSE to this communication may warrant consultation with the Principal or Pastor to review reasons for delinquency. Late fees must be paid, as well as outstanding tuition, for a student to be in good standing.
If a family does not fulfill its tuition responsibilities, term grade reports will be withheld. Transfer reports will not be mailed until tuition is paid in full.
Scholarships
Financial aid is available, and includes scholarships offered by the Diocese of Harrisburg and by St. Joseph Parish. Application for scholarships is usually completed at the time of registration. Parents may apply for a further scholarship at any time during the school year, using the application available in the school office.
