I didn't get a response when I registered.

Went to www.sjy.org/technicallyspeaking and you when to the Register section of the website. You filled out the appropriate registration form with all correct information. You've waited five days and you've still not received a message back from TechCourses@sjy.org.

If all of these things are true, then something's wrong. You can follow the listed steps to find out why you haven't received an email back.

  1. The email is trapped in your SPAM mail box. Check your "unwanted mail" or SPAM mail box for the email.

  2. Your email address has changed or was incorrectly entered into the registration form. After a total of five days without a response, email TechCourses@sjy.org and request an answer on why you haven't received a response.

  3. The registration did not complete. For some reason, sometimes registration forms do not get sent in. This is evident if the confirmation page after your registration says "FORM FAILURE". After a waiting period of five days, fill out a new registration with the same exact information as before or email TechCourses@sjy.org and request an answer on why you haven't received a response.

  4. Something else went wrong. After the above steps are taken, call the SJY computer lab at 717-751-0148 and explain your situation. You can also email Tom Steele, Mary Harshall, or Sister Kathleen Kelly (found in the Contacts section of this website) and explain your situation.

We do apologize for your inconvenience and ask that you are persistent in learning more and registering for a class. Like all technology, there can sometimes be unexpected and/or unexplained errors. Thank you for your patience and interest.
